a picturesque rural dining destination nestled in the heart of Pärnumaa, in the quaint village of Nurmsi.

Here, we craft a dining experience that combines locally sourced ingredients and a playful reinterpretation of regional culinary traditions.

We extend a warm welcome to all enthusiasts of off-beat culinary adventures. Join us for our 5-course gourmet experience , where the menu constantly evolves based on what is locally available and in season.

We typically announce the menu on our social media platforms, though it’s worth mentioning that our menues are always subjects to small changes here and there. This is simply the way it goes when we strive to create flavors as sustainably and locally sourced as possible at any given moment.

We do our best to accommodate everyone’s dietary needs and restrictions. If you’re planning a visit, please inform us of any allergies or other special requests in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

At the moment we operate based on demand. There is no set weekdays that we are open and instead we open the doors of our humble establishment upon demand when agreed upon with guests. Due to this factor, booking in advance is an absolute necessity.

Nurmsi Taluresto is, for the most part, a two-person show. Timo is the chef, and Riina is the hostess. Together, we handle everything in between and around here. Hospitality runs deep in our veins, cultivated through years of experience in the culinary industry and our upbringing.

Nurmsi Farm Restaurant reflects our shared passion, built on years of expertise, aspirations, and a heartfelt desire to share our home with our cherished guests.

This is not a “typical” restaurant — it’s also our home. In many ways, the whole restaurant reflects who we are as people.

We are a is a kid- and pet-friendly establishment, as long as everyone is well looked after and more or less well-behaved (if possible).
